About....
Your WNC Agent, Jacki Lynn Tatsch, D.B.A. Glenwood Properties is your source for real estate information, guidance, help and support and has been
actively involved in real estate since 1995. Along her real estate journey, she has bought, renovated and sold numerous properties both personally and professionally. She has owned her own renovation and reconstruction company and has experienced many types of real estate transactions including estates, foreclosures, cash and loans, instate and out-of-state transactions, relocations and moves.
It was in 2011 that she decided to become a licensed real estate agent and Realtor® to be able to help others with the real estate buying and selling process. She worked with a large international real estate firm and loved it. In 2015, Jacki became what is called a Broker-In-Charge and started doing business as Glenwood Properties.
She has the tools, resources and knowledge to help you with your unique real estate transactions and understands the importance of educating her clients whether they are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor. Jacki has a passion for teaching and is often called on to teach the Realtor® portion of first time home buyers class in Asheville.
As a bit of background history, Jacki spent her high school years heavily involved in band, jazz band, dixieland band, musical theater, drama, ballet, jazz, tap, and she was the Drum Major for her high school marching band during her junior and senior years. Jacki went on to college and earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts in the area of Music Education. She holds a double certification for K-9 and 6-12 and enjoys helping people to learn, grow and understand new things. Over the years, she has been a music teacher, educator, director, performer, conductor and branched out to perform in numerous different musical groups. She was a church choir director, a church pianist, a community band director as well as the guest conductor in several cities in Virginia as well as in North Carolina.
Jacki has mastered the art of wearing different hats and has a keen attention for details. This is especially important in the world of real estate. In addition to being a buyer's agent, or a seller's agent, the role of being a dual agent where she represents both a buyer and seller on the same transaction comes naturally to her. Her ability to play the part, comes very easily given her music and theater experience. Her ability to direct and conduct musicians who each are playing their own part helps Jacki to be able to orchestrate a real estate transaction and understand all of its flowing and moving parts. In addition to being a highly qualified music teacher, performer and director, she is also a highly trained real estate agent and Realtor® who holds several National Association of Realtors® Certifications and Designations.
Jacki currently works part-time with a flexible schedule with her husband and holds the position of Administrative Assistant with both ETS Networks, Inc., and ABC Office Systems. She homeschooled their amazing son who is now grown and works as an assistant with both ETS Networks Inc., and ABC Office Systems. They enjoy traveling, and spending time together. Jacki is selective with whom she works to make sure to give her real estate clients and customers all the attention that they require and deserve. She is more accessible than many top producers who have to have a team to accommodate. She believes that when you hire her, you should have her. Jacki modifies her flexible work schedule and other commitments to give her real estate clients her full attention. With that, she takes no more than 5 buyer clients and 5 seller clients at the same time.
With all the hats she wears, when she works with you, you will feel like you are her only client. She will see you through the entire process from beginning to end and she takes the role of Fiduciary very seriously. If you are looking for a dedicated, hard working, loyal, energetic, motivated person to help you with your real estate related needs, look no further. If you are out of the area, she is happy to refer you to a local agent that would be able to best assist you, at no additional charge. If you are not in a relationship with a real estate agent, please feel free to reach out to her.
We are in an ever changing market, and Jacki stays current on national, regional, and local real estate trends and is happy to answer any questions you may have. She often spends time counseling people to find that it is in their best interest not to sell, or to rent and not buy. Being a Fiduciary is very important to her and it shows in what she does and how she does it.
